Baptism

Thank you for inquiring about the Sacrament of Baptism at St. Ann's Church!
Here are the steps:
1) Call the Parish Office to schedule the Baptism.
2) Fill out the below linked document for our Parish Baptismal Register.
3) Have your Baptism Sponsor fill out the below linked Certification form.
4) Return both filled forms by mail to the Parish Office or by email to [email protected].

Please Note:

• The Sacrament of Baptism is typically celebrated on Saturdays at 10:00am, 11:00am or 12:00pm noon.
• There is a customary donation of $150 that can be paid on the date of the Baptism.
• Baptismal Certificates are sent out upon request of parent(s) or legal guardian(s) only.
