New Artwork Adorns Marian Altar

Recently, St. Ann’s Church was blessed to receive a beautiful gift from Agnes Walsh, long-time friend of Msgr. Watkins, of the Blessed Virgin Mary and Child Jesus:

It is a terracotta bas-relief surrounded in gold mosaic.

The artwork is an 18 ^th century replica of a 12 ^th century depiction.

It now hangs above the interior door of the church to the side of the altar of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
