On June 8, Washington Archbishop Wilton Gregory announced that parishes in the District of Columbia and the Maryland counties of Prince George’s and Montgomery may resume public Masses with attendance limited to 10 persons, including clergy, cantor and servers.
After consultation with the Parish Council, we do not see a fair and sensible way to both limit attendance and provide sacraments to all.
Therefore, regrettably, this limitation to 10 persons means that we are still not ready to reopen for public Masses.
The 11:00am Mass will continue to be livestreamed at
stanndc.org/livestream for all to view and participate.
Thank you for your patience during these challenging times.
With the approval of the Parish Pastoral Council, St. Ann's Church will be providing training for parishioner volunteers in coming weeks to assist with our observing all of the necessary protocols when we are given the approval to re-open the church for public Masses for a significantly larger number of persons than 10. More information about all of this will be communicated in timely manner to parishioners.
That said, we are beginning to collect volunteer contact information, for when we can begin to reopen to the public. Reopening will only be possible if we have enough volunteers. Please sign up here.

May God bless you and your families. We are praying for you.
