On Easter Sunday, following the 11:00am Mass, there is going to be an Easter egg hunt — for kids up to age 9! Children ages 5 and under, please join us on the Yuma Street side of the church. Children ages 6 to 9, please join us on the playground side of the church. See you there! No egg-hogging! ;)
Please join Friendship Place in the Walk to End Homelessness! Last year we raised $1,000 at this event: Help us exceed our total this year! Teens and kids 17 and under are only $10! St Ann is one of Friendship Place's very important partners, and this is a great way to help our unhoused neighbors and show our support for this wonderful organization. There will be fun activities for the whole family! Parishoner Debbie Grieser is leading a team from St. Ann DC. Click to register and join our team! This promises to be a powerful morning on the National Mall where we’ll walk together to affirm that everyone deserves safe, stable housing.
Join us for the Annual Fundraiser for Friendship Place, an organization in our neighborhood that focuses on lifting people out of homelessness and empowering them to find homes, jobs, and to rebuild their lives. The Friends and Neighbors Breakfast provides an opportunity to learn about how Friendship Place is working to end homelessness and rebuild lives in our community. Donations encouraged, not required.
Friendship Place Honors recognizes outstanding contributions by members of our community to the cause of ending homelessness. Enjoy great music, hors d’oeuvres, and refreshments while celebrating the remarkable and selfless work of this year’s honorees. We hope you will join us for what will be an impactful evening.
