Please pray for these candidates and catechumens by name!

On Saturday, April 16 at the 7:00pm Easter Vigil Mass, we received 14 candidates and catechumens into the Catholic Church — praise God! Please pray for them by name (click to see their names!).

The Saint John Society (SJS) joyfully announces the ordination to the diaconate of Aaron Stettler and John Poodts, through the laying on of hands and the prayers of ordination by the Most Reverend Mario E. Dorsonville, Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Washington. The ordination took place on Sunday, May 9 at 4:00pm at St. Ann.

Please pray for all 13 our First Communicants, who receive their First Communion on Saturday, September 19!

Our last Respect life News was printed in the March 15th bulletin. Since that date the coronavirus pandemic has raged lethally through much of the world radically impacting  an enormous number of human activities. The spring 40Days for Life campaign was one of those activities.

Thanks to the generous support of our parishioners — totaling $2,440! — Casey Collins, who was one of our 7:00pm Young Adult Mass band members, will enter the Society of Mary on the Feast of the Assumption this Saturday! Praise God!
