Paul Jacobs, renowned organist, performs at Saint Ann’s 2010 American Guild of Organists Convention. This concert was hugely significant for our parish. Jacobs insisted on playing at St. Ann DC—imagine that! There was such a demand to hear him that he had to play the recital twice, drawing 2,200+ attendees. WASHINGTON, D.C. – Award-winning Notre Dame Cathedral organist Vincent Dubois will play a concert at Saint Ann Catholic Church in Northwest Washington on March 26 at 7 p.m. in honor of the church’s 150th anniversary. Saint Ann’s organ has been played by world-renowned organists John Scott, Thomas Murray, Jane Parker-Smith and Ken Cowan, and is considered one of Washington DC’s finest organs.
